The park opens its doors every day from 7am-1am.
Attention
Herewith the Administration of Lovers’ Park Yerevan notifies you of your rights and responsibilities on the park premises. By entering the park you agree to these terms and their legal consequences will be applicable to you.
Those violating the rules [in the case of children and animals, their custodians or those accompanying them] will face charges and prosecution in accordance with the administrative, civil and criminal legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Forbidden to enter into or swim in the ponds and water features.
The pond and all other water features have not been designed for swimming and contain chemicals, which are dangerous for human and animal health.
Penalty: 10.000 drams.
Forbidden to climb on the waterfalls, stone compositions, trees and hillocks.
The waterfalls, stone compositions and hills in the park have been created for decorative purposes and have not been designed to bear the weight of adults, children or animals. They can be damaged easily and may inflict bodily harm to you or your child’s or your pet.
Penalty: 5000 drams.
Forbidden to drop litter in the park area.
-Special trash recycling bins for glass, paper, plastic and aluminum placed in different areas of the park. Please sort the waste according to the bins, prior to throwing it away.
-Consumption of certain food, in particular, sunflower seeds and similar snacks, which inadvertently litter the territory of the park, is not recommended.
-Those taking their animals on a stroll within the territory of the park must clean up after their animals.
-We expect your active support in the maintenance and cleanliness of the park and its territory.
Penalty: 5000 drams.
Forbidden to Damage or deface the Park’s territory and its property.
-Please use the park property with care. Damaged property shall be compensated according to a price list prepared by the park administration or in accordance to the market prices.
-The entire territory of the park can be used for strolling and relaxation. Some parts of the park might be temporarily closed, for park maintenance works, as well as in case of climatic and other problems. Please respect the works and obey the restriction signs,
Animals must be kept restrained and on a leash.
-Only pets, in particular dogs and cats can accompany their owners to the park. The dogs must be kept on a leash and muzzle. In case of non comliance, park personnel are authorized to remove the animal from the park territory.
-Injuring other person by animal is criminally punishable. In such cases the park personnel are authorized to call for police.
Forbidden to smoke in any of the buildings within the park.
Smoking outdoors is permitted on conditions that it shall not infringe upon or distress other visitors.
Penalty: 5000 drams.
The administration of the park is not responsible for:
-Loss or damage to personal property on the park premises.
-The safety of the visitors and their children. The safety of the children within the Park (while swimming in the pond or climbing the waterfalls, stone compositions, trees and hills) is the responsibility of their parents or those accompanying them,
-The security guards and other employees of the park can offer their help at their own volition; the administration of the park bears no responsibility on their inaction.
-Damages caused to the visitor or another third party, if it has not been caused through the direct fault of the park personnel or management.
While relaxing at the park please also take into consideration the rights and needs of other people, as well as the rules of public order.
To conduct any activity other than relaxation, within the park, a prior written consent of the administration must be obtained. In order to get acquainted with the terms please check out our website or apply to the administration.
Park personnel must also abide by these Rules. The park employees are the legal representatives of the park administration and are authorized to enforce the rules. In case of violations they are authorized to make warnings and take appropriate actions; including calling for security guards of the park and/or representatives of the police.
